We’re proud to offer the only on-trail Road Runner support program of its kind in the Acadia area. During peak riding hours, our uniformed Road Runners are stationed directly on the carriage roads to provide real-time assistance to our guests. Whether it’s answering route questions, helping with a minor mechanical issue, offering safety guidance, or simply checking in, our Road Runners add an extra layer of support you won’t find elsewhere. 

 We are offering our valued guests the Acadia region’s only publicly known satisfaction guarantee. We are confident in our brand and we aim to hit our mark.

 Acadia Fat Tire E-Bike is proudly locally owned and operated by Brad Jordan, a year-round Bar Harbor resident and Master Maine Guide. Unlike seasonal or out-of-state operators, Brad lives, rides, and recreates on Mount Desert Island in all four seasons. 

 We offer both half-day and full-day rentals to meet guests where they are. Our fleet and routes are well suited for a wide range of riders, including families with children, multi-generational groups, and guests who may not consider themselves avid cyclists.
